Terms of Service

1. What Loksewa Plus is

A bilingual (Nepali/English) practice platform for Loksewa and related civil-service exams: a reviewed question bank, timed practice sets, a mistake-tracking system, live quiz rooms, study groups, and leaderboards. Content is prepared and reviewed by our staff/reviewer team, but we don't guarantee it matches any specific real exam paper, and it should not be treated as official guidance from any government body.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are for individual use, not for sharing access with others.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes your profile, attempt history, and XP.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell the question bank or other content without permission.
• Attempt to bypass exam timing, scoring, or anti-cheat mechanisms.
• Post harassing, abusive, or illegal content in group chats, messages, or shared notes.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the service.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

4. Content

Questions, explanations, and other material we publish belong to Loksewa Plus or our licensed sources. Anything you post yourself (group messages, notes, bookmarked notes) remains yours, but you grant us the right to store and display it back to you and other members of a group you've joined, for as long as your account and that content exist.

5. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep questions accurate and the platform available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for exam outcomes, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use Loksewa Plus after a change means you accept the updated terms.
